Network Issues

We are experiencing issues with one of our primary network carriers. We are using our redundant network carriers while the primary issue is being addressed. This may make technical support availability intermittent which has increased our average call volume however we are still able to provide support while we work toward restoring normal operations.
Update 4:29 pm: During the switch to our redundant network carriers we experienced a few routing issues which affected access to several of our networks. The routing issues have been resolved and network services have been restored.

Currently we are working on the issues surrounding this server. There appears to be an issue with regards to the kernel on this server, and we are working in tandem with our Datacenter to resolve this. We will again update this post when further information is presented.
